Naviga is led by the Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr Emma Esinnah.

Brief on the CEO:
Emma Esinnah is a well-rounded professional with multiple competencies in Marketing, Finance, Communication, Franchising, Investment Management, SME Development and more.
He is currently the CEO of the Nigeria office of Curves International, the largest female fitness group in the world, with 7,000 outlets in 94 countries. He is also Director of África Franchise Center (AFC) a continent-wide initiative to promote franchising in Africa. Emma is also Chairman of Naviga Investment Services Ltd, a multipurpose investment vehicle, with interests in manufacturing, marketing, finance, franchising, communication, etc.
He previously served as Regional Bank Head in Fidelity Bank Plc, where he put in about 17 years, and had served as Division Head, Marketing Communications, while also serving as Special Assistant to the first two CEOs of the bank. Before then, he had worked in the Media, Research and Advertising.

Emma earned a B.A. degree in Mass Communication(Second Class, Upper Division) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka; and an M.Sc. Advertising and Public Relations, from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos.
Emma has also been trained in some of the best business schools in the world, including Said Business School, Oxford University, UK; INSEAD Business School, Fontainebleau, France; Wharton Management School, University of Pennsylvania; Kellog School of Management, Northwestern University, Illinois; Booth School of Business, University of Chicago; Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College, Hannover, New Hampshire; all in the US. These were all on-campus studies. Locally, he has also attended the Senior Management Program (SMP 32) of Lagos Business School (LBS).
In the business community, Emma is also a Council Member of Nigeria-Netherlands Chamber of Commerce and former Treasurer of Nigeria-Switzerland Chamber of Commerce.
He is a member of many professional bodies, including Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN); Advertising Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), and the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).
He is also chairman of the Bertha Arinze Education Foundation, a platform that promotes girl-child education in Nigeria.
Emma is married with children.
